I hope your 2017 is shaping up to be everything you planned it to be! As for me, I would say I am staying on track with my resolutions. I am writing this mid-February, and I can proudly say I am sticking to my New Year’s resolutions. They were much like the ones I’ve made in past years: stay consistent with fitness, eat like I love myself, eliminate any negativity where possible, and journal more often. I must say that journaling has been put on the back burner for almost two weeks now, but admitting it in writing to all of you is going to motivate me to get back at it!
In 2017, I also made a pact with myself that I would become more involved with a wonderful community organization called Food 4 Kids.I have dedicated a space in the publication to share with you- information about this wonderful non-profit team- that ensures children in our community are getting enough food. I would like to challenge each of you to learn a little more about Food 4 Kids, and maybe even get involved where you can. It is an organization close to my heart, and I would love to see it receive more support; I encourage you to check out their ad, as well as their website and give where you can!
I wish you a wonderful spring, and God bless,
Susana Medeiros
